Zachary Builders in Granville, Ohio was founded by Kent Morgan in 1995 after many years of experience in the construction industry. He began working in construction with his father in California. When he was in school he studied architectural drafting & design. After graduating he began to work in construction as a carpenter in residential home building. His experience includes working for a large home builder in Ohio for over 9 years. While there he started as a field superintendent and later became the Division President. He has also received industry reconigition for sales of new homes of over 4 million dollars in a single year. He has also been featured in Builder / Architect magazine for his work. Kent has been involved with the National Association of Home Builders, serving as a judge in competition between construction management students from several universities at the NAHB national convention. Under his management & supervision over 600 houses have been built in central Ohio. Many of these homes were also designed by him.
